Introducing the Penthouse Collection at TCRW SOHO

We are thrilled to introduce to you the Penthouse Collection at TCRW SOHO with interiors by Olivia Alexandra Interior Design.

The Development

Located at the top of Dean Street and in the heart of London’s West End, TCRW SOHO brings a new meaning to luxury living. This remarkable residential scheme is home to 81 effortlessly appointed suites, apartments and penthouses and a bespoke concierge service.

Comprising two buildings, one with a unique art-deco-style façade, the other a traditional brick exterior, both blocks offer a slice of tranquility away from the hustle and bustle of the streets of Soho below. 

The Penthouse Collection

Having previously designed a duplex penthouse at Maine Tower, Harbour Central, Olivia Alexandra Interior Design was invited to curate a bespoke collection of designs for the penthouses at TCRW SOHO. Following a brief of “timeless elegance with livable luxury”, the four completed show penthouses, as shown in the video, all feature one-of-a-kind interiors, with many pieces commissioned especially for the project. 

Each penthouse at TCRW SOHO features an elevated specification which includes natural timber flooring, a full-height marbled porcelain kitchen splash back and rose gold plated hardware in the bathrooms and shower rooms.

Residents’ App

Those living at TCRW SOHO will benefit from “residents’ services at your fingertips” with a bespoke app which is downloadable exclusively to residents from the App Store. Residents will be able to:

• Manage parcels directly with concierge.
• Access homeowner and appliance manuals.
• Receive information and recommendations on local businesses.
• Liaise directly with concierge for VIP services such as arranging a chauffeur or dry cleaning.
• Connect with neighbours within TCRW SOHO via social forums.
• Receive notifications relating to your building from the management team.

This easy-to-use, handy app will transform communication between residents and the bespoke concierge management as well as offer guides, services, and community at the touch of a button.
