Meet Olivia Alexandra Interior Design: a London-based boutique design studio priding itself on creating “spaces which blend comfort with timeless elegance, and glamour with practicality”. Having previously been commissioned by Galliard Homes to design the interior of a beautiful 40th-floor duplex penthouse in Canary Wharf, Olivia Alexandra’s second project is the Penthouse Collection at TCRW SOHO, the West End’s latest luxury residential development.
Situated on the 5th floor overlooking Dean Street – one of Soho’s most historic streets – and with views of Big Ben and the London Eye, Olivia and her team are heading up the interior design of four spectacular penthouses, with this video focusing specifically on just one of those.

Who is Olivia Alexandra Interior Design?
As a small luxury interior design company focusing on residential properties in and around London, Olivia Alexandra Interior Design is an expert in the field.
Equipped with a brief asking for “timeless elegance with liveable luxury” by the Galliard team, Olivia set out to create individual spaces that are comfortable, practical and, most importantly, liveable. An escape from the busy streets of Soho, this exceptional penthouse is a prime example of offering residents a life of luxury in one of London’s most sought-after addresses.
About the Design
Designing a home where the interior designer works collaboratively with a developer instead of directly with an individual client, thinking about how the end purchaser will use the space presents slightly more of a challenge. “I love designing the social areas of the apartments. I love to envision how someone is going to use that space […] if they want to throw a party or a dinner party; that really excites me. I like to put myself in the purchaser’s lifestyle and really envision how they are going to use the space.”
Putting themselves in a potential buyer’s shoes has enabled Olivia and her team to produce a finished product that offers prospective buyers “a home-from-home feel with that luxury hotel vibe.”
Speaking of the approach to the design at this penthouse, Olivia says: “We have used some really luxurious fabrics, different patterns and textures, and we’ve layered them with beautiful wallpapers and rugs and finished everything off with some lovely accessories.”
