Barrelmans Point

Presented by joint venture partners Galliard Homes and Wavensmere, Barrelmans Point is a new 60-acre waterside village located on the former HMS Ganges Naval Training Base in Shotley, close to Ipswich, offering 295 new homes to an exceptional standard. With its scenic coastal setting, each carefully designed home will showcase high specifications, from a traditional shaker-style kitchen with integrated appliances to electric vehicle charging points for every property.
