As a graduate trainee with Galliard you can expect to start your career with us from the moment you join. Whilst being allocated a mentor from the Senior Leadership Team and a sponsor from the HR function, you will have a defined role from day one. Your training programme will guarantee that you are exposed to all facets of the business, not only to build your own profile; but to ensure your understanding of our business- and the contribution which you can make to it- is robust. We will support your learning, both on the job and in the attainment of professional qualifications.

Apply for a position today
Stage 1
To apply to the Elevate graduate programme you must meet the following criteria:
- Minimum 2:2 degree qualified or equivalent qualification
- Must be eligible to work in the UK
- Must be flexible to travel to various sites across London and the Home Counties
Stage 2
In addition to your online application, you should submit a short video to support your application.
This should cover:
- An introduction
- Your area of interest and aspirations
- Why you have chosen Galliard Homes

Your online application and video must be submitted by no later than the 21st December.
Stage 3
If your application is successful you will be invited to participate in a telephone interview week commencing the 6th January.
These interviews will be conducted by our in-house Recruitment Team and will consist of competency-based questions covering a variety of different areas.
Stage 4
A two-day assessment centre will form the final stage of the application process.
Candidates will be observed during this day by senior managers from Galliard whilst participating in a range of activities and tasks, such as presentations, interviews and group exercises.
Stage 5
Offers will be made to successful candidates by early February.
Elevate graduates will be officially welcomed to the Galliard family in early September.
