We are pleased to announce that our sales offices and construction sites will remain open for the duration of the four-week lockdown introduced by the Government to commence Thursday 5th November and end on Wednesday 2nd December.
While non-essential shops, leisure and entertainment venues have been instructed to close, the housing market will remain up and running for the duration of England’s second lockdown. Home buyers will still be able to purchase a property and moving home will also continue as per the Government’s guidelines.
How will Galliard Homes continue to operate under the new regulations?
To ensure we can continue to provide an excellent service to our customers during this period of uncertainty, Galliard Homes is offering virtual viewings as an alternative option for buyers who wish to take a tour of a property remotely. Our 360 degree virtual tours allow our customers to be guided through the property by a sales representative as if they were on site, but from the comfort of their own home. On-site viewings will also continue to take place by appointment only with strict measures implemented to ensure our staff and customers are following the Government guidelines. We have taken the recommended precautions to ensure all of our sites and sales offices are COVID-19 compliant with social distancing in place.
