Finding the Dream Home
The young homeowner works in sales in the IT industry and finding somewhere with excellent connections to the centre of London was a key factor to take into consideration. But Daniel also wanted to be close to his friends in South-West London. After being introduced to the area by a friend who works in property, Daniel discovered the Stadia Three apartments at Wimbledon Grounds and contacted the sales team. “I went online, spoke to TJ the advisor, and that was it. I was here within a couple of days and made my decision there and then. I think it was meant to be in a way,” Daniel explains with a smile on his face. “Ever since then, I’ve never looked back.”

As well as being close to his friends, Daniel was looking for an area that would give him plenty of choice when it comes to local amenities, dining out and entertainment. A Short Commute: From Home to Work in 50 Minutes
After having to endure a four-hour daily commute from his previous residence in Brighton, Daniel decided to move to the capital and lived in Greenwich for about four-and-a-half years.
Now, thanks to the superb transport services available in the area, Daniel’s commute to work couldn’t be easier. With three stations to choose from, the young buyer now only has to travel around 40 minutes on the train to reach London Bridge, where his office is based; just a 10 minute walk away, Tooting Broadway offers fast, direct access to London Bridge station on the Northern line.
